1. Order Processing Time

As we operate on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model, products are made especially for you after your order is placed.

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched for shipping.

During festive seasons, sales, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery times:

Within India

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier partner, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

We may offer:

  • Free shipping on selected products or minimum order values
  • Promotional shipping offers from time to time

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email/SMS
  • A tracking number (if available)

You can track your shipment using the courier tracking link provided.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided:

  • Delays may occur
  • Additional shipping charges may apply
  • We may not be able to refund or replace undelivered orders

Please contact us immediately if you need to correct an address after placing an order.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays can occasionally happen due to courier or logistical issues.

Marvya OnlineShop is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect customer information

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in coordinating with the courier partner.

7. Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Please take clear photos/videos immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available on selected orders and locations.

We reserve the right to restrict COD availability based on:

  • Order value
  • Delivery location
  • Previous order history

9. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.

International shipping may be introduced in the future.
