Welcome to Marvya Online Shop. We value your trust and aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

As our products are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand), we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the order placed.

We request customers to carefully review product details, sizing charts, colors, and customization (if applicable) before placing an order.

2. Eligible Cases for Return/Replacement

You may request a replacement or refund if:

  • You received a wrong product
  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • The size received is different from the one ordered
  • The product is significantly different from what was shown

To be eligible, you must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size selected by the customer
  • Color variation due to screen/device display
  • Minor print placement differences
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Delays caused by courier partners

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Order number
  • Clear images/video of the issue
  • Description of the problem

Our team will review your request within 2–5 business days.

5. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
  • In some cases, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order. Once the order goes into production or shipping, cancellation may not be possible.
